Salary Ask

Hey folks, I’m working in a YC backed startup based out of Gurgaon. I just graduated this year, I’ve built a startup of my own that I scaled pretty well, took it to Shark Tank India S2 finals. It was also Microsoft incubated. Unfortunately couldn’t raise funds, so had to put the operations on hold. I’ve also interned at a YC backed fintech, where I was making 45k pm as a fixed stipend. Quit the internship in 4 months because it didn’t align with what I wanted to do. After a month, moved back to Gurgaon (home), applied for a few jobs. Made it as an intern at a startup, making 65k pm as a fixed stipend. My internship ends next month and I’m pretty sure I’m making it full time here. When asked during the interview that what are my FT expectations, I said 15-18 LPA, and they said we generally give 12-15 LPA to freshers, but we’ll see basis your work. I think early next month I’m gonna have a call when I’ll find out if I am making it FT (99% yes).

Since I’ve brought a lot of revenue here in the past 2 months, I feel I can ask for more. Please let me know what should I ask for as my salary? I’m thinking between 20-25 LPA.
