Salary hike for a job change
I have 7 yoe as a full stack developer in Chennai based product company. Current CTC is 12.5 LPA. I am planning to switch the company. What CTC could I expect for my experience. Can anyone suggest? I am planning to quote 50% hike so like 18LPA. Kindly suggest me

Get a easy 1st offer from a good company. Say 18-25 CTC. Move to notice period. Progressively move up. 35 + should be the target.
Stay there for 2-3 yrs. At 10 yoe if you are skilled enough and prepped well , sling out moonshots, one will land high enough.
Don't undersell yourself . Ever .
