Salary negotiations

Hello folks,

Currently i have 18LPA offer from TCS for azure data engineer. How much can I counter for next interviews. I am confused can I ask for 20LPA counter or 20+?? Please help me.

YoE: 5+ Tech stack: adf, databricks,Synapse,sql,pyspark,powerbi etc
