Looking to make the switch for the past few months and looking for 45LPA+ packages in Mumbai for 6YOE, Tier 3 grad but haven’t been able to. Most of the recruiters have been saying they don’t have that budget. Does anyone know of companies willing to pay that much here? Trying for remote companies like Atlassian,Twilio but have been getting rejected. I don’t want to move to Bangalore right now as i’ll be getting married soon
