ServiceNow Consultant

I was into application management and support the last four years. Through Infosys Bridge Program, I’m currently being trained on ServiceNow. Completed CSA, ITSM and CAD certifications. But I only know CSA fundamentals. Should I stay and work in a project (ServiceNow) and then put my papers down - and go out as a ServiceNow Consultant? What are my options really? I want to double my present salary! Please do give some suggestions.
