Amazon is known to be a bad culture
Their leaders then go to other startups and fuck up their culture
Another perspective could be there were more voters from Amazon while less people from other companies and everyone voted for their own companies such that the poll became "where do you work" rather than toxic culture.
Literally every company is a toxic place. You cannot create the poll with the few companies that will serve as injustice to the company which are listed in the poll.
Recently from these companies almost from each department either management was forced to leave the organisation or terminated the employees due to performance issues. That's why only these companies are mentioned here as options
