The use of education technology has continued to be increasingly adopted and this has led me to consider how current and potential employees of companies in this space can be expected to be changing. When I have been working for HeyCoach, I realized that nothing is permanent not even the trends. It is mandatory for societies to change and they are constantly doing it, whether it’s new technologies, changes in teaching methodologies… How do you continue to compete in a market that is rapidly, rapidly evolving?
