Should I join Deloitte USI @Hyderabad WFO ? Hows the WLB there ?

YOE: 4.5 Tech stack: .NET Full Stack I am currently working in a startup with 14 LPA (Work from home), work life balance is pretty good here, seniors are supportive and push against working on weekends. (Working on .net MVC razor pages here)

And got an offer of 17.5 LPA from Deloitte USI. (.NET + Angular)

After going through the reviews , I am scared regarding the WLB. I just calculated my monthly in-hand after deductions, its coming around 1,25,000 /- per month for Deloitte. If I deduct house rent and fooding it will come down to 90k.

Currently I am getting 1,06,000 /- per month working from home.

Please suggest, your experience and thoughts will help me decide 🙏🏼
