Should I join Kotak Mahindra Bank as Sde 2?

I recently joined Epam systems and I am working for Amazon as a client.

Recently I got an offer from Kotak Mahindra bank as SDE 2 but in terms of hike it is only 10% so should I go with Kotak.

Can anyone help me with the culture in Kotak.
