Should I leave my job
I recently shifted to Bangalore 2 months back for job change but the job is not challenging and company has very less growth. I am ok to stay here but I feel this will make me lazy and I will lose my skills learnt in previous job.
Should I leave my job without any other job. I have 6 months emergency fund and in the mean time targetting a role in coming 6 months.
What should I do?
- Stay at this company and add skills
- Leave without offer and take a break to prepare and upskill better for future opportunities

I feel for you and you are on right path to think this way. Merge those 2 options you gave. Since your work is not challenging, balance it and take out some time to unskilled and in parallel keep finding for better jobs. I'd definitely not recommend to leave without another offer in hand.

Totally agree with @CalmRabbitt don't leave without any offer in hand, also utilize time to upskill if job is not challenging and look for other opportunities accordingly.
