Should I make a move?

Without disclosing numbers & names, I’m currently a PM at an AI unicorn

Salary - 20LPA + 200 ESOPs (2L value, 50 will vest in March.) (Hike due April)

Job Offer - 25LPA + ESOPs (8.5L value) (Gaming/eSports company, which is kinda my passion)

I had initially asked for 30LPA but the company came back saying the max they’ll be able to do is 25LPA fixed.

Looking for opinions on what I should do.
