should i switch to a business analyst role?

Hi guys, im an AA1(Audit), joined recently. i currently get paid 6 lpa (5.5 fixed and 0.5 variable). i did my bachelors of commerce in business analytics from a reputable college in tamilnadu. I have rudimentary skills in NoSql, R, SPSS, MongoDB, Tableau. And intermediate level knowledge in Python. Im currently learning panda in python for business/data analysis.

Should i try for a business analyst role in Deloitte USI? How is the role, the timing of work? and if it is actually worth making a switch ?

note. the expected hike for next year is around 20%. effective june.

Please help me! If deloitte usi is not a good option for Business analysts, kindly guide me to good companies that offer good pay, if not good pay, then avg pay with good work life balance
