Should I take the move to Berlin, Germany?

I have an offer from Berlin, germany of 76k Euros. I currently earn around 40lc in India.

Should I take this move? Have anyone worked in the germany? Is this offer worth it?

Taxation is quite high going to upto 42% at local and federal levels along with a solidarity surcharge tax. You get social security support for unemployment and health insurance so read up on these

Adjusting PPP, for you the equivalent comes to be 120k euros for Germany.

If you are a single bachelor, intend to experience good standard of living go ahead, but do not expect to save a lot.

A big no , 40 lakh is way more than 76k in berlin!! Though if you want prioritize travel and work life fun, go for it! I myself live here so I know how this works! German wont be an issue in Berlin!
