Skill Problem or Job shortage problem

Most of the Indians learn through the rote system that topics such as critical thinking, problem solving etc.. are not prioritised at all, which makes it hard to teach at a later age.
Therefore, the talent level falls way short at initial stages. Once the person puts effort, then they can grow up.
But the Indian system doesn't naturally allow for home-grown individualistic growth (as we are a hierarchical structure), which is why many do an overseas stint to learn the art of management and leadership before they come here.

Job shortage. We just don't make enough for our consumption. We simply import from outside. Rich people do not work on innovation. They simply want to copy a existing idea and start making money. Middle class cannot afford to quit the job and start something. Companies won't allow employees to have enough time outside the office to think about something.
When entire day goes on thinking about basic needs. There is no scope for job creation. We will have to feel proud of companies delivering cola in 10 mins. That too making a loss.
