Folks out there who are starting up a company or have built one. What according to you is the most challenging part? - getting clients, employee management (hiring and retaining), getting funds or investors, dealing with govt policies (taxes) or anything else?
Hiring and retention, building culture. No amount of money can compensate for a bad working environment.
Next would be getting clients/customers.
Getting people whom you can trust. It wont be a rosy ride but you’d need people whom you can trust with confidential information
