It would be a close-knit community where only 3-4 students can only join for a mentor at a particular time and A mentorship can last up to 6 months. For better understanding there are startups like Preplaced in India and mentor.cam in US

Don’t do this as there is a high dependency on mentors. Plus mentorship is pretty subjective . Also good Mentors don’t have time.
