Stay near TCS Noida V

I am mapped to the TCS Noida V office in sector 135. I am looking for a place to live nearby because I do not have a vehicle. Are there any PGs or flats in the area? Also, what would be the approximate rent in that area? I would prefer someplace that is within walking distance from the office. Any leads would be appreciated.

Hi, I feel your pain. I have been living in Noida for the past 7 years and finding a good place to live is a constant struggle. I am not working in TCS noida V but my office is in the same area. You can get a flat in Paras in sector 142 which is right next to sec 135 (I know, sectors in Noida have their own story).

It will be 28-30k for 3 BHK so its better if you have 3-4 people to share the flat. In my experience, you should live around sector 76, you will easily find good flats there and there’s a direct metro from sec 76 to sec 35.

I have always hated PGs because of the terrible food, but if you can adjust, there are many PGs in the area.

For affordable flats, you can check the Bisrakh area, there you can get a 2bhk in 12-15k only. And there are sharing autos that take 20-40 rupees that you can take. So commute will not be a problem.

Do not fall for any apps that guarantee homes without the involvement of brokers. Real estate in Noida is controlled by brokers; so that is something we have all just accepted.

Hope you find a good place.

If you want to rent a flat in Sector 135, Noida, it will cost around ₹23,200 - ₹31,200. The more rooms, the more the rent of the flat. If you’re a bachelor and looking for a minimalist studio apartment on rent, that option is also available for approximately ₹10,000. You can get flat options in furnished and semi-furnished. If a flat seems an expensive option, then worry not, there are PG options as well for boys and girls. Some of them are:

  • Sanskriti Homes (Boys)- The rent is ₹7500/month
  • Sanskriti Homes (Girls)- The rent is ₹7000/month
  • Chauhan Nagli (for boys and girls)- The rent is ₹10000/month
