Dude is it your CTC is low for 9 years of experience, and I believe your base would be around 25-25.5 right still it's less. Oracle used to give 18 lpa to freshers what I know.
Yes. I know. But i was under the impression that Oracle gives freshers ~20Lpa only if they are from IITs..
I am a lateral joinee in Oracle 3 years back.
When i joined, it was a 50% hike for me, and that was ok. But now it's stagnant since last 3 years with 0 hikes.
