Suggestions on offer from pwc ac

I'm a SC with Deloitte USI, yoe - 7, fixed 21lpa. I've got an offer from pwc ac - 30lpa fixed. Today is the last date for me to accept or reject the offer, else it will lapse. I was thinking once we get the hike in deloitte, I will counter pwc with the same, but not sure when the hike is gonna be announced here. I'm afraid the offer might lapse and I'd have nothing in hand. Should I accept the offer? Though I mailed the pwc hr stating I need a few more days to review but haven't received a response yet. Any recommendations would be highly appreciated.
