To answer, parties don't matter at a micro level. Constitution works in a standardised framework that the political parties have well figured out and they know very well how to navigate across that and the judiciary.
Don't forget, the entire fiasco 'at this level' of hindu/Muslim was single handedly created by bjp during babri stuff at 1992.

You need to understand, every party has their agenda and track. For bjp, it's religion. That's their weapon to use in everything.
There is a reason, why every time BJP had come into the power, there has been "war/war, attack/attack" ballyhoo and very high heartbeat type of tensions. Seldom happened during congress times. Wars? Definitely happened. But those were not setups. Those were real country against country.
BJP saw the traction of war and the stupid blunt headed nationalism in Indian people and also understood that we are reactive than analysing/indepth/connecting dots/asking questions in nature. Very easy to manipulate and influence on narratives.
Hence. Ever since 2017, all the attacks, counter attacks, surgical strikes, URI etc all all all are plot setups and meant to only and only benefit 1 party- BJP.
I still can't imagine that nobody of all these tech savvy audience gets a doubt that how come lakhs of random instagram accounts are posting exactly same type of content and using exact same type of languages like "not caste, they those Hindu...bla bla". - There are major bielections coming in the next 2 years
- There are indices and benchmarks remarks coming in from world forums soon in this year where leaders are supposed to present their leadership impacts (not yet 100% versed with this in detail)
- Creating records of all these so that during 2027, they can present all these to the audience.
I am also predicting that soon they will announce a few stances against pak which would sound like strong and very hard...but in reality won't make any as such major different/problem for the neighbour. Ofcourse will be mostly an eyewash effort to gather support of us.
State elections are often won on local issues, this is 11th year of current central government and they never won all the states.States have flipped often.
In current global scenario, government at the helm is doing better, they don't need medal from anything else
You are talking about 2027, which two years away from now and two years away from next election, Maharashtra has flipped 180 degrees in six months between central and state election, In may 2024 all were angry at state and centre then after six months everything changed.

I think this attack was ultimately backed by China to make India look unstable for foreign investors especially in these times of tariff wars.
I don't think so. Because the foreign investment that comes, comes majorly for industries. And in the industrial areas there is no terror attack. An Kashmir has no industry, it's only dependant on tourism. And the effect on kashmir is not replicated on the rest of the India in terms of sentiment...because whole world already knows that Kashmir is unclear between India and Pak. It is always out of the consideration anyway.
Hence, I think it has no investment angle, but purely a powerplay and religion bifurcation.
