The Irony of Leadership Without Impact
I hate how stable processes hire young talent but don’t use them to their full potential. Instead of supporting us, managers feel intimidated. Even when they initiate conversations about improving things and we openly communicate, they end up being completely unhelpful. What’s the point of holding a position if you have zero influence?
And the funniest part? These are the same people who’ll feel hurt or betrayed when we actually take steps to change things. LOL.
