This is how great brands are destroyed: Overpromising and underdelivering is a sure way to lose customer loyalty.

Tbh CRED never appealed to me Personally. They are just burning cash and with no business model. Kunal Shah maybe a visionary but this ain’t for top 1%. They are mostly about slick marketing and high profile partnerships. The app feels more like a luxury rewards program for an aspirational lifestyle, rather than providing any real utility.
The flash may attract attention, but substance is what’s ultimately required for long-term success.
