Ask me anything! I work in engineering and I’m happy to answer any questions you might have on what it’s like to work in a startup.

I am from 2024 batch, received a 6 months intern from a fortune 100. But in dilemma if I should consider working for startups in my early career. But the problem is I dont have much dev experience have done mostly dsa/cp during college
It would be great if someone could help me on this
I think it would be a good experience for you if you worked in a startup. Don’t get me wrong Fortune 100 companies are great but you won’t learn as much as you will in a startup. My recommendation is work in a product first startup.
How to ace working as an engineer at a new startup?
It is all about confidence and how quickly you can learn. Then watch your salary go up 10x in two years. I’m not even kidding.
What if I've already done all that learning and 10x-ing but in corporate? How to ace my startup role now if I can learn quickly? What even is acing?
I am a student graduating in 2024 and have received an offer of approx 18 LPA from a company. Not a startup. I have good dev experience and Internships. Can you suggest how do I find high paying startups? Or companies which are opening new offices in India?
Btw What's your YOE?
What are the expectations from 1 year experience people? How can they judge themselves whether they are doing good or not?
