A colleague had gotten the membership through their company program. I wouldn't say he is from tier 1. And had less than 2 years of exp. As per him, "it is a total waste of time and money".

Good value if you are not from a tier 1 college and just starting your career.
Time & money waste otherwise - all content is available online for free, community is decent but nothing a top tier college won't get you.

Not really. It's a kick-ass community...
Classes are tad overhyped if you're a Tier1/2 Bschool grad with 3+ years of startup experience. But otherwise, I'd say worth the investment...
