I'm an avid Swiggy user so was thinking of getting it. 10% CB up to 1500 sounds too good.
Wanted to know the general consensus on it and if there are better alternatives I can look at?
Amazon ICICI is the best out there for most folks imo.
If you already have swiggy one and monthly spends are more than 2k on swiggy then its no brainer to get it
Another failed story in next 1 years. SWIGGYfailed with their cards. ZOMATO closed their cards business as it was impacting profitability
Simple fact you don't have to chose only one card.
Amazon pay ICICI - 5% LTF
Flipkart Axis -5% 590 per year
Axis ACE - 5% on utility through Gpay 590 per year - ecity bill of 3k means 150₹ off, 2% on all spends
Axis Airtel - 25% on Airtel recharges, 10% on swiggy -590 per year

Simple cashback cards:
Amazon ICICI credit card - 5% cash back on Amazon spends, credited into Amazon wallet, almost cash and can be used easily on Amazon - best if you are an Amazon loyalist. Best feature: no cap on cashbacks
SBI Cash Back card - 5% on all online spends and across platforms. Cashback gets adjusted against the next month bill - so no hassle at all, your bill is lower by x next month. Catch: credit limits are not very high and cash back in capped at Rs. 5k per month, so is useful for up to Rs. 1L per month
Swiggy HDFC card - 10% cashback on Swiggy capped at Rs. 1500 per month. 5% on other online spends on select categories capped at Rs. 1500 per month. Catch: CB goes as Swiggy money so can be used only on Swiggy, Rs. 1500 cap is too low.
My preference: Have all three cards and use Swiggy only on Swiggy and use Amazon on Amazon and SBI CB card on all other online spends. Although I'm wondering if I should kill the Amazon card and use the SBI CB card for all online spends.
