Folks! So we see some interesting career progressions with fastrack promotions,job changes and excellent pay packages. So would like to know howz the overall life quality at these pay levels - no of working hours, time with family and self etc.
CTC - Yr of Work Ex- Working Pattern (5/6 day) Working hours per day- Weekend extend - Overall work life balance (ex 6/10,8/10 etc.)
