  1. Went from 60 lakhs debt to 1.5 Cr net positive.
  2. Lifted iron on 120+ days, want to hit 160 by year end. More than excited to see what my body is capable of.
  3. Got laid off, got cheated on in a span of 15 days, which mentally destroyed me .
  4. Increased my salary by 18X.
  5. Became a Director of a $4B company at age of 25.
  6. Bought a loan free 3Bhk in Gurgaon.
  7. Quit my addictions of weed and women.
  8. Had 5 fully paid foreign trips(met Sam Altman 1:1)

I got really humbled as I am writing this, as never in my wildest dream I imagined this year to be such a roller coaster. Life took some people away and luck gave me great opportunities, perfectly balanced as all things should be. 7 years of sleepless nights are starting to pay off 🤞🏼🤞🏼

Visited 13 places across India.

Since school days wanted to visit ladakh and kanyakumari in a month.

Did so in June 2023.

-8 of pangong tso to double hump camel ride and nubra valley river rafting in Indis river.

Peace of palolem to techno music of a random club.

Auroville serenity to vagamon vibes.

Munnar misty fogs to Varkala sunset.

Kanyakumari swamy vivekanand meditation centre to fish thali of girja aunty in canacuna.

Flying over India for 10k kms within 10d to 2ac journey in irctc using 1ac washroom. Meanwhile seeing sleeper and general class and thinking of paradox.

Delhi lounge to Bengaluru lounge via lkw and ccu.

Tier 1,2,3,4 to village.

India is full of beauty.

Am bullish on India more than hni and VCs of USA.

My soul felt satisfied after so long.

Still I haven't visited 10+ states of India... looking forward 2024 :)

PS - I have watched swades 52 times and never been(nor planning )to USA :D

Accomplishment of the year

"It's that time of the year again—counting accomplishments. I came across a Twitter trend about such posts, and it's heartening to read about people achieving so much, including celebrating those seemingly small victories. As the year en...

Biggest achievement you achieved at work

This is not specific to Software Engineer, but in general, what was the piece of work that you contributed to directly/indirectly. Also were you appreciated/recognised for the same?

PS - Go wild! Brag your heart out.😅

Small Wins (2x’d my MF Portfolio)

The power of compounding really works! Started with a meagre salary of 4L/annum in 2018. But made sure to SIP 5K every month in Mutual Funds, and kept on increasing with career progression. This could’ve been more but I wasn’t able to ...
