Timelines for Outward Remittance

I tried to add money to the Vested Account from HDFC. The app showed that it should be done within a day which did not happen.

Support from Vested has said 1 / 2 days. Support from HDFC has said 1/2/5-6 days. The answers change with each new conversation.

I was planning to make some purchases but now I have to depend on them. Also, the bank does not show any view for pending outward transactions.

I was wondering if anyone could share their insight on this.
