Trying to move to the UAE

Hey folks, I'm a Sales veteran with 8 years of experience, based out of BLR. I'm looking to move to the UAE(preferably Dubai). Any tips on how to go about the job search? Any openings where they'd sponsor the visa is also greatly appreciated. TIA
