Two PF from two different companies

Had to overlap working for two companies for a couple of months because of my 90-day notice period. Would this be a problem?

Why do people not get the concept of background verification? Why even do something that may risk getting you terminated? I don’t want to freak you out, but this is truly reckless.

Yes it will be risky and your last company can terminate you for dual employment. Can raise civil case against you for recovery

most companies allow to work only for one company at a time.... If the 2nd company finds out about this (they can by accessing your pf records) during background verification, and it is against their policy they may terminate you
