UAE salary equivalent for 40LPA India

I'm currently making 40lpa as a consultant in india. 4 years out of tier 1 mba. Interviewing with a UAE based startup for a strategy role. What would be the right number to quote. I'd quote 52LPA in India - looking for the AED equivalent.

I don't know about other companies but at Microsoft with 4 yoe you are generally a PM II with CTC hovering around 50. ( Many of the PMs have a Bachelors degree here, not even MBA ). I am a designer with 3 yoe and my package easily crosses 40+ ( 28 base + 10 lacs stocks every year + 3-4 lpa Bonus + $6k-8k Bonus stock grants each year )

I transitioned the the other way around. Roughly 110k USD / 400k AED translates to 40-45LPA in India.

I keep reading 2.5x-3x on the internet. Not sure post/pre tax etc though

I have seen offers generally around 1.8x - 2x for Dubai. No harm in asking for more tho. All the best.

qoute min $100K pa or AED 360K. things are expensive here, plus moving back from dubai to india is close to impossible. your uae experience is not valued tbh
