Uber Tech - WFO/WFH policy

It’s the same for all teams - 50% attendance in office mandatory, and this 50% must include anchor days (mondays and wednesdays)

So essentially you need to attend office every Monday and Wednesday, and in addition to this you need to attend office 2 more days in a month. (Practically speaking, this is almost as good as 3 days a week from office, Monday Wednesday and one more day of your choice)

The rest of the time you can WFH

Although, so far there has not been any action whatsoever against people who have not been coming 50% of the time. Most people are attending on anchor days and usually have around 40% attendance. It seems like practically, as long as you keep showing your face regularly in office atleast once every week, no one bothers that much
