For a sweet year or so, it was a force. At that time VS was taking most of the decisions and GM was burning investors money on relevel and other stupid ideas.
Then GM started making decisions for Unacademy App, rolled out scoring of BU's and that was the start of the downfall.
Karan left, and now almost every senior leader has left.
A few good people are left, but they also switched to offline.
Imagine A & R are running the entire business now. Kisi ka toh samay kharab chal raha hai. A&R ka ya Unacademy ka 😂

There are gaps, there are easy ways to fix these gaps and the upper management is doing nothing to fix anything! It's all a blame game and new copied ideas being churned out. It's a shame of what it has become.
GM is such narcissistic character that he can threaten people of being fired while they are already serving their notices. Someone someday will give him a mouthful or handful. Such is the unculture of Unacademy. It's bunch of yes men whiling away their time till such time they don't find another job. Everyone looks busy due to GM but Hota Kuch nahi Hai.

What's happening at Unacademy is sad case of senior management sucking up to GM to keep their jobs and not doing what is actually required to salvage and steer the company in right direction.

No severance will be paid. Or any benefits.
