Hi, can anybody help me on this does LTIMindtree pay complete variable compensation which they mention in their offer letter stating “No Target Plan” even you are on bench? and if yes we get this on time in a year is it! Anyone who knows please help on this

Yes they do and you get this in February to March
I am switching to LTIMindtree. I am informed that 2LPA is variable and I will get it twice as every year. HR also said I will get 100% variable since compny is doing well. Is it true? How are the hikes here in LTIMindtree?

Got offers from these two companies. TCS is offering 2 lacks more thank LTIM. At LTIMindtree I have to go to office 2-3 days/week but in TCS everyday.
