Depends on tier of college and stream. For CS only select tier 1 MS colleges will give you any shot for MAANG and other big tech that pays well and accelerates your loan repayments.

Speak to 20+ folks who did the course-college you are doing in these last 5 years and get a sense.

The situation should be better by the time you come out of MS i.e. 2 years. Still a risk, but way less than for those graduating this year

I think you should take the plunge to go for Masters. Consider other countries as well, not just USA.
It would a great experience and exposure in my opinion
