I have been seeing people complaining how referrals,carrer portals,emails,linkedin etc ,none of these are helping them get shortlisted or get an offer.
So for people(or their friends)whose organization are hiring or did hire people, which route is being taken.
Though I want to know in context of freshers but I think any experience level will be nice as it will help other people too.
