Yes of course. If they would have paid heed to the protests, then wrestlers would have focussed on winning rather than aandolan. Plus, they had to scamper at last minute for Visa etc. Who would be in the right mind.

They obviously didn't play an active role in disqualification, but they are equally complicit.
