Money making, without a thought given if they are passionate and want to really make the change in education life.
Creating plans and selling on fear like insurance, leeching on parents fomo, bound to fail

I don’t think its abt population, population actually a enabler that they are able to reach to such a stage because of selling something at country level. Lack of passion nd trying to make a business nd try to replicate the kota success story.

Remember the tutions we used to go when we were in school? They sell the idea that if you enroll your kid he/she will score very well. So parents give it a try, spend money upfront and the kid end up getting ok-ish score. Indian parents are never satisfied so they change tution.
Imagine the same scenario, but the tution is virtual. Parents give it a try and pay hefty fee upfront. But end up realising its basically an expensive version of Youtube premium. So they drop.

They need long term customers to sustain. Which I don't think is possible atleast in India.
