I would say try switching jobs every 2 years till you reach your satisfactory point. Or Try using freelancer websites for temporary part time projects if your organisation allows for extra cash.

Because at the end what matters is money

Getting no interview calls

I'm currently working as DSE at Infosys from june 2022 ,i am willing to make a switch, but I'm getting almost no interview calls, only calls that i get are mostly from small startups. Can anyone suggest me on how to secure interviews
