Can anyone give me a fair idea of the ongoing CS salary in the market? I have 2 years of experience, and I am planning to switch. I just want to be sure of the raise that I deserve. I live in New Delhi, so I know salaries are lower here as compared to Bangalore and Hyderabad. What is the maximum salary that I can get here, in Delhi NCR, as a company secretary?
