What is the in hand salary for 10.5 LPA?

Hi Guys ,

How much in hand salary can one expect for below offer ?

• Fixed: 9.4 LPA • Variable: 1.97 LPA (21%) • Total CTC: 11.3 LPA • Level: 10

The total CTC offered was 12.85 in which 10.56 could any please let me know how much will be credited every month

I have received an offer from kpmg of 9LPA fixed(hra basic benefits) + medical + gratuity + bonus 8-25% ..

What could be the inhand ?.
