Trusting my parents again and again. I've tried plenty of ways to build a bond with them with minimal conflict but it always goes south. Evryone out here who says their parents are everything, consider yourself lucky (you are obviously part of the 99% of the crowd) cuz the 1% like me have tried every way possible including therapy but it doesn't work and it forces me to change my behaviour towards them and be very emotionally unattached to still have them in my life.

I consumed milk and wheat for a very long time - realised through a test that I was allergic later. It apparently was slowly killing my digestive system and immunity. Realised too late at 26

To not learn the life skills particularly social skills and focusing only on academics.Life skills are also needed to thrive and grow.I basically put all apples in the same basket ie on my studies.
