Background - there's a book called attached which talks about the attachment styles in detail. You can read through it, you'll definitely relate to it. If not, you can just Google attachment styles and lots of quiz would come up to figure out your style.
Would definitely recommend reading the book, especially to those who are looking to date seriously/ get married. It'll tell you a lot about yourself.
