Hi folks, I am currently working as a Frontend Developer at a Startup in Noida from last 11 months. So I have roughly around 1 year of Full time experience plus 3 months Internship experience which I did prior to this Job. Now again, I am hunting for a better offer(Current is 3.6 LPA). I gave some interviews of Delhi NCR based companies. Interview was good, and after interview HR again asked me about the Expected CTC. I told them for 6 LPA. So is it like more or less. I have given around 4-5 interviews. All of them doing the same nor they hired anyone yet(Checked LinkedIn page). Please help me.
try and utilitate public platforms like Ambitionbox, glassdoor & grapevine. these platforms offer you salaries from different orgs based on positions & experience. get the average salary of the position you're applying for & YOE. you can make an offer around that figure. make sure to pick a bit higher than the average market value & then after do the negotiation.
