I don't know why Indians love bashing their history and hating it. And when goras regurgitate it and vomit it out as something brand new, these same guys gobble it up as if it's a Gordon Ramsey dish
Coz most of what comes out in name of true history is just a bunch of pseudo history, pseudo science without any evidence to back up.
What are you basing your comment on?
Do you know that most "scientific" experiments on health don't even control and account for all variables?
The conditions, demographics, lifestyles all vary and the results are skewed hence new studies often have different or conflicting evidence. And meta analysis doesn't make it any clearer either.
For centuries Indians used herbs like turmeric and ginger to help ailments and in the 2000s these firangis did studies and the world went wow.
Given the variability and small sample sizes these uncontrolled scientific studies take, my money is on ancient knowledge tested on millions across centuries.
In this specific case, it even makes sense, takes effort to blow a shankh and the sound it produces is "Om", look up what it does, there's evidence.
It's a narrow minded POV to be prejudiced against an information channel and call our history pseudo science without reading more.

Basically it's become an agenda now. There are actually genuinely good achievements in Indian mathematics or by Indian scientists that could be shared. This kind of pseudo science just damages those achievements too.
