When will I get an HR call to discuss the salary package

I have cleared all rounds in deloitte. But I didn’t get any calls to discuss abt the package. Only I have received an email like the PHT portal to submit all the documents. But i didn't fill those documents because I'm yet to receive my appraisal letter from my current employer, so once it's available, i can apply my latest appraisel letter to deloitte. So that i can expect a higher package. Also, i didn't have any calls for hr discussion, or else I would have informed this to my recruiter. Whether it's okay to delay in uploading documents a bit late. Will it cause any issue. People working in deloitte or received offers letter recently can reply to this post. Looking for all your comments, peps.
