Where do you apply for jobs apart from Linkedin

Whoever is looking for a change in Product, do you guys have preferred platforms apart from the careersites and Linkedin that generally give you good traction from recruiters?

Doing this for a survey to understand what channel would be more effective.

You can lookout for jobs in angle.co also and if you are looking for startup jobs then check all the VC firms portfolio page where they list out the company name along with websites and then check the careers page of the startup which suits your idea.

But don't you think Wellfound and Angel.co are mostly to find roles in seed to series B startups? I want to know about places where the employee strength is upwards of 150

I think big companies also post jobs sometime there. yeah it's more focused on early stage startups though.

Instahyre was disappointing. The way it works is nice but I got very little responses, mostly service companies.

Search for best job sites in India and create profile in each portal and start applying 500+ jobs. The more you apply the better are your chances

I've found my jobs through LinkedIn, IIMjobs, and Naukri. All were free profiles.

Do you also get calls from recruiters quite a lot when you upload your profile on Naukri or IIM Jobs?

JumpyRaccoon

Yes, Naukri especially. Get calls almost once/twice a week even though I'm not actively looking to switch. The surge in calls is especially in the last 3 months, I would say.

Been in my current job for almost 2 years now, and my resume on Naukri is old. You only need to optimise your resume for the ATS and it should take care by itself over a period of time. That's what I have realised.

Nope, but it makes the resume screening process tough and slow
