I am working in infosys right now and have 4 yoe and getting 4.5 lpa fixed no variable. I got an offer from capgemini with 10 lpa fixed no variable.. should i go with it?

I would suggest checking for the project details and other aspects like onsite , designation...etc...Accenture and Capgemini stand the same right as per career due to recent high level management and their decision but even Capgemini is in same position
