Which company should I choose? Accenture or Capgemini

I have 4 YOE in Supply chain. I got selected in Accenture (13 fixed+ 2.75 variable) and Capgemini (13.8 fixed). Which company should I choose?

Choose the company which has higher package.. and currently Accenture hikes are very less when compared before.. so I can suggest you to go with capegemini

I would suggest checking for the project details and other aspects like onsite , designation...etc...Accenture and Capgemini stand the same right as per career due to recent high level management and their decision but even Capgemini is in same position
