Which offer is better?

Offer 1 : media services startup in esports industry

• ctc: 18LPA fixed no other benefits
• Monday to Saturday working
• in office (Hyderabad) need to relocate since I’m form Mumbai
• manager is good but company overall had no method or structure
• good projects to work with and has usually 1 or 2 clients

Offer 2: data services and consulting MNC

• ctc: 19lpa (fixed + committed pay) + benefits
• Monday to Friday working
• hybrid/wfh setup in Mumbai
• don’t know how the manager but the work will be l be structured
• can be a good exposure to work with many fortune500 clients
