Depends on your sector, scale etc. Typically you wanna pitch to the top folks- Sequoia, Elevation, Accel, Lightspeed, Nexus, Matrix. If you're super early, there's Y Combinator, Antler etc. Then there are other funds like Stellaris, RTP Global, Beenext, Alpha Wave.

Generally at associate level, top tier pay b/w 30-40lpa, tier 2/3 end up paying 15-25lpa
